Northwest Anhwei Province. If you are a Chinese Soviet collector you have never seen these in KM. The one in KM is a 50 Cash of similar design as this but with a crude strike and few details. This 'fantasy' shares the same chacteristics as the Fake five hundred Cash and I believe they are from the same source. As you know, the Peoples Republic of China did officially restrike the 5 & 1 Cent pieces of the Soviet Republic in the 1960's (Y506a & Y507a), but these are NOT part of that issue. Consider yourself very lucky if you ever see a photo of an authentic example.
This is what Guangpu in the "Little Brown Book," as I call it, (View and download elsewhere on this site) states about the authentic examples:
Mint place: Mabu of Anhui Province
Issuing date:1931-1932
Copper quality:Those found are mostly of brass. It was said they were made by fusing and casting the cartridge cases (artillery & bullet casings).
